Yes, every subject will be able to choose their favorite photo immediately after their photo was taken. We will photograph them until they are happy with their image. We will then retouch and perfect all the chosen headshots, and deliver to you within 3-5 business days.

We will photograph you until you are happy with your photos, which may be just a few frames, or dozens. You don’t leave the set until you are satisfied.

About 40 people per hour can get a professional headshot with each Headshot Station set up.

Basic retouching is included on all images ordered. This includes global edits such as contrast, white balance, and RAW to JPG image conversion. Individual edits include smoothing or reducing fine lines, skin softening and touch-ups, hair adjustments such as stray hair removal and flyaways, removal of minor debris or marks on clothing, teeth whitening and brightening of the eyes.

You will see the images before you leave the session, and will have the retouched high resolution jpegs in your inbox within 3-5 business days.

Yes, we have standing contracts with many local businesses where we photograph all new hires and anyone who wants updated images each month.

Your headshot should never be more than a year or so old. To keep your images current, GFP offers refresher headshot days every so often to update the team photos. You can choose to do this annually, bi-annually, quarterly, or even monthly, depending on how fast your business is expanding.

Yes, of course! We recommend one photographer per area you want covered. If you have a large event with things happening in multiple places throughout one venue, you may want to consider a photographer for each space.

  • GFP holds a two million dollar liability insurance policy and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request. Please make this request 7-10 days before your event.

Standard turnaround time for finished images is 3-5 business days. Rush options are available.

Yes, you have a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use the digital images for the company’s own non-commercial purposes, including marketing materials, business correspondence, and display online.

Yes, we are able to choose a dozen or so images that you can access and upload the same day as your event.

GFP will not post anything publicly without your approval. You are always in control of how your brand is represented.

We deliver high resolution jpg images via download. They are large enough to print at least 6×9 inch prints at 300 dpi, and you are able to resize them smaller to fit into your website design.

Anything within an hour of the SF Financial district does not incur a travel fee. If you need coverage anywhere else across the globe, contact us for more info. In Gustavo’s words: “Have passport, will travel!”

Three to five business days after your event, we will send you an email with a link to download a zip file of all your images.

About 10’ x 20’ is a good estimate for the area we need for each headshot station. This allows for the backdrop, posing stool, lights, camera on tripod, and laptop station. Hard floor is preferred to carpet. You do not need to take into account the lighting, we will bring all that. A conference room is usually sufficient.
