OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Additional Photographer – $400 per hour

Second professional photographer to cover additional locations or viewpoints.

 

Live Images – $350

Images are transferred live (while shooting) to a private online gallery. Clients/guests can access the images immediately from their phones or devices.

 

Same Day Social Media Edits – $175

Selection of up to 15 images delivered 1-2 hours after the event for social media blasts.

 

Next Day Delivery – $350

All event images edited and delivered before 10:00 am the following day

 

On-Location Editor – $175 per hour

Professional Photo editor brought in to edit images as they are photographed

Images delivered immediately after the event

 

Archival Image Retrieval – $250

Archive search, export new Jpgs, upload to an online gallery, regenerate download link

Includes additional 3 months of gallery hosting

Event Photography Rates Payment And Fees

  • Payment for event photography rates is due 30 days after the event
  • Parking fees will be added to the final invoice
  • Sales tax is not collected on electronic downloads or digital files
  • Studio holds $2 million liability insurance policy
  • Certificate of Insurance available upon request

The Photography Process

1. Complimentary Phone Consult

When we make first contact, we will discuss all the details of your event photography shoot, including volume, location, whether you’ll need more than one photographer or not, how many hours will take, photography pricing, and safety.

2. Event Preparedness

Prior to the start of the event, we will scope out your selected location and set up in the best location(s) to capture all the action.

3. Working your event

Experience your event while our full time photographers capture professional, high-quality, and dynamic event photography, celebrating your hard work.

4. Photography Delivery

After touch-ups, we deliver all relative files and photographs to you directly, with a 3 - 5 business day turnaround time.

About The Photographer

Gustavo Fernandez specializes in clean and crisp, hassle-free headshots and event photography for both small and large businesses in the South Florida area and beyond.

Gustavo Fernandez Photography works with clients such as Google, J.P. Morgan, Forbes Media, and NASDAQ. Every year, about a dozen photographs of his are featured in Times Square, on the eight story high NASDAQ MarketSite tower.

He has been recognized as a leading professional in his field, and is trusted by many corporations to capture their corporate events and deliver a top-notch portrait session.

Outside of event photography, he is actively involved in serving the community through organizations like The Guardsmen and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He even created a charity called “Hogs for Kids” where he rode his Harley Davidson across the US doing portrait sessions, donating all sitting fees to support at-risk you in the Dominican Republic with Children International.
