Newport Beach Engagement Session I Fast Track Photographer Workshop I Lindye & Winn

This weekend i had the opportunity to take part in the Fast Track Photographer Workshop by Dane Sanders in Newport Beach, CA. I often get questions from new photographers starting in the wedding industry and i always direct them to buy Dane’s book Fast Track Photographer. I became a Fast Track Founder early on when i first read the book and believed wholeheartedly the teachings he shared. We spent about a day and a half in the classroom and then got a chance to go out and play with one of Dane’s recent couples Lindye & Winn. Here are some of my favorites of the session. Enjoy!

Yesterday i had a great time driving down to Sanger, CA to shoot Erin & Brian’s engagement session. Erin really wanted to get some image with all the Cherry Blossoms in bloom and that we did. Here are some of my favorites, enjoy!

Pasadena Engagement Session I Gina & Jason

I took the opportunity to shoot Gina & Jason’s Engagement Session while in LA this weekend shooting a wedding with Bambi Cantrell. Their wedding will be at the Silverado Resort in Napa this coming May. I drove up from Long Beach to Pasadena worrying about where i was gonna shoot given i was not familiar with the area. Luckily they live in a gorgeous neighborhood and we were able to just walk around and find some fun spaces to shoot in. Here are some of my favorites, enjoy!

This weekend my friend photographer Kenny Kim flew into town to hang out and shoot an engagement session in San Francisco for his clients Sophie & Yul. We ran around the city on Sunday and visited popular places like the Legion of Honor, Fort Point, and the Marina Neighborhood. Here are some of the images i captured.

My friend Kenny Kim is in town hanging out and i tagged along yesterday to shoot one of his friends and his girlfriend. They used to be models back in Chicago and just recently moved to the Bay Area. They were a blast and so easy to shoot. Here are some of my favorites, enjoy!

HOG FOR KIDS ay 5-Phoenix Engagement Session at The Phoenician with Mina & Nate

Today Jen and I photographed the engagement session for Mina & Nate at The Phoenician. Nate works at The Phoenician and is the Marketing Coordinator for The Phoenician Residences so we were able to get out of the heat and shoot inside one of the unoccupied villas and then venture outside briefly for a few shots. They are getting married in Scottsdale at Different Pointe of View in October. It’s a gorgeous venue that overlooks the valley. Here are some of our favorite images of the session. Enjoy!

Nicole & Aaron Engagement at the DeYoung

Today i drove into San Francisco for Nicole & Aaron’s engagement session. I used to work with Aaron at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals and trained him when he was promoted to be a Hospital Representative. Luckily the weather cleared up a bit today from all the rain and had a great time walking around the DeYoung Museum grounds. I will be documenting their wedding in two weeks at the Four Seasons Resort in Maui. Can’t wait. Here are a few of my favorites.
