Last year back in July i purchased the JUAN template from BluDomain.  My goal was to get it up and running by January.  I was all set to get the process started since i had down time while visiting my parents over Christmas & New Year’s and got my server set up with IX Web Hosting without a glitch.  I sent them an e-mail on the 28th to have them link my template to IX Web Hosting and 20 days later i am still waiting for a response.  Unfortunately for me and fortunately for them they got some unexpected press on December 26th from VH1 and are swamped.
